1952 Ford 8N

This is my 1952 Ford 8N. Powered by a four cylinder flat-head motor that produces about 23 horse power at the power take off.Utilizes a category 1 three point hitch to handle a wide variety of implements in order to be as useful as possible.

I purchased this tractor in the summer of 2017.  It originally came equipped with a Deer-borne 19-21 front end loader.  Since then, I have had the tractor converted to 12V (Negative Ground) from 6V (Positive Ground) and have removed the front end loader as it was cumbersome, under powered and made it very difficult to get on and off the tractor.  The rear tires are loaded with calcium in order to add weight and remove the possibilities of flats.

My purpose for this tractor is pretty much all around.  We use it to pull stumps, logs and trees as well as clearing paths using the 60: brush hog and rear grader blade. I have also acquired some hauling implements like a scoop bucket and dump carry-all.  A front mount snowplow and Wagner front end loader can also be installed for snow removal and lifting capabilities.
