Boyd is the house/homestead flagship dog.  Rescued in March of 2016 he was about 2 years old and was instantly friendly, playful and excited to run.  He is a Catahoula Leapard Dog or a mixed breed of Great Dane and Fox Hound.  With a signature blue (Broken glass) eye, he receives plenty of attention and praise for his beautiful face. His main purpose is to be loved and live a good life as with all of our animals but he serves many functions around the homestead such as security, happiness, kills groundhogs and keeps foxes away.
